A Pro account refund is only available if the refund conditions in the Terms are met.
At a high level, the refund is available where you achieve Funded Status, the account remains in net profit on the thirtieth day after Funded Status, and no Hard Breach has occurred during that period.
If eligible, the refund is processed automatically and returned to the original payment method. The refund is not dependent on requesting or receiving your first payout.
