Finotive’s cooling-off period allows a trader to request cancellation within fourteen calendar days of purchase, but only if all required conditions are met.
To qualify, no trades must have been placed on the account, the trader must not have accessed the Dashboard or Trading Platform beyond registration, and KYC must have been successfully completed to Finotive’s satisfaction.
The request must be submitted by email from the registered email address. Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method.
