To request a cooling-off refund, contact Compliance ([email protected]) from your registered email address within the required fourteen calendar day period.
Your request must meet all cooling-off conditions. If the account has been traded, the Dashboard or Trading Platform has been accessed beyond registration, KYC has not been completed successfully, or the request is outside the allowed period, a refund may not be available.
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method and are processed within the timeframe stated in the Terms.
