Refunds are not available in several situations, including where:
you have placed trades on the account;
you fail to meet Challenge or Pro objectives;
the account is terminated for a Hard Breach or Soft Breach;
you voluntarily cancel after trading activity has started;
the refund conditions for the relevant account type are not met;
you have a negative Account Refresh balance;
fraudulent activity, chargeback activity, false information, or other misuse is identified.
Refunds may also be unavailable where KYC is not completed or fails, unless Finotive decides otherwise at its discretion.
