If you believe there was a technical failure within Finotive’s reasonable control, you must notify Finotive within thirty days.
Where required, Finotive may remedy the issue by restoring the service or providing equivalent replacement access. If Finotive cannot remedy the defect within the stated period, you may be able to withdraw from the contract or receive a reasonable discount.
Technical issues caused by third-party providers, market conditions, slippage, latency, connectivity, or trading losses are not treated as defective services under this rule.
